Description

We are looking for innovative, optimistic, and fun people to be a child’s hero. You are looking to break into ABA as a Behavior Technician, where you can make an impact and become an RBT, more than just a job. Benefits and Perks for Full Time Behavior Technicians:

  • Same pay rate for ALL hours worked (billable and non-billable)
  • Starting pay of $15.00 per hour with an automatic increase to $16.00 after obtaining RBT certification
  • Career advancement program created to promote you into RBT I, II, III, and IV every six months (each comes with an increase in pay)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with children by helping them learn how to communicate, play, and learn
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support
  • Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age; a bachelor’s in psychology is a huge plus
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to obtain certification after job offer and before your start date
  • Enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of the job offer
  • You enjoy caring for children
